  • Herzlich Willkommen in der WEBLEARN Umgebung


    • At the FH Kufstein students and lecturers are offered WEBLEARN as an online learning environment. WEBLEARN provides opportunity to arrange learning and teaching in a web-based surrounding and is operated by our e-Learning Center. 

      WEBLEARN is an extension of existing campus management systems and the handling of our online course management. Lecturers of the FH Kufstein may offer online resources, useful activities, hand-in assignments, blogs or forums and video conferences, thus enhancing their course programme. 

      WEBLEARN is adapted for single sign-on and is linked to the student portal. 

      WEBLEARN uses the learning management system Moodle which is one of the most widely spread course management systems. The acronym Moodle stands for Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment. Moodle is an open source LMS distributed under General Public License and may be freely changed. Thus, among other adaptations, the FH Kufstein has applied its own corporate design to its WEBLEARN.

      Activating educaltional trails

      Educational trails enable you to activate tasks depending on whether other assignments have been completed. Thus content can be automatically released one by one.

      New resources and activities

      Additional resources and activities have been added to the new Moodle to make course content even more varied and interesting.

      New theme / adaptations to CD

      The corporate design used for WEBLEARN is responsive and therefore adapted for mobile devices.

      Video conferencing tool (YuLinc)

      YuLinc is a video conferencing tool integrated in Moodle. It is a simple tool for virtual classroom sessions and for communication with students.
